EXPERIENCE
Minimum one year of experience in the smart card industry (specifically SIM card and financial card) is preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Collaborate with customer departments to gather accurate and detailed requirements, document them effectively, and closely monitor development and testing progress to ensure timely completion of technical evaluations and testing. Support sales teams by providing on-site or online product/solution demonstrations and offering sales support. Manage customer complaints, engage in effective communication with customers and relevant departments, and provide prompt resolution to issues. Partner with the product manager to recommend suitable project solutions/products and share valuable market and customer insights. Coordinate with internal departments to finalize product specifications and ensure smooth product confirmation processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, communication, electronic information, automation, mathematics, or related fields. Proficient in English with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Demonstrated proactive work ethic, quick learning ability, and ability to handle pressure. Willingness and ability to travel independently for extended periods (three to four weeks or more) on a global scale. Experience residing or working in a multicultural environment is advantageous.
