XH Smartcard unveils XH ChatPay at Mobile World Congress 2017

Barcelona, 27 February 2017 – XH SmartCard Co., Ltd. showcased Conversational Intelligence (C.I.) bot today at Mobile World Congress 2017, the world's largest gathering for the mobile industry, organised by GSMA and held this week in Barcelona from 27th February to 2nd March 2017.

By using C.I. bot technology and using “zero user interface” to reduce search time and improve consumer experience, XH ChatPay is a payment service that consumer can use to make purchases via instant messaging apps. Consumer can browse through product menu via the intuitive chat interface and make secure payment for their purchases protected by strong authentication OTP (One-Time-Password). Consumer can also check their account balance, transaction history and even provide feedback.




Making a purchase using ChatPay is just one example as shown at XH Café MWC 2017 booth which has attracted great interest from mobile network operators, financial institutions and other service providers. XH C.I. Bot is integrated with data analytics and artificial intelligence solution that has deep learning capability. The possibilities of implementing XH C.I. bot are endless in many industries verticals especially with people spending more time in major messaging apps eg. Facebook Messenger, WeChat, Skype and etc.
